2D Shooter - Horde Survivor

Welcome to Square! In this 2D shooter with horde survivor elements, your goal is simple: survive as long as possible while facing endless waves of enemies that become stronger over time.

Main Features

• Horde Survivor Progression: Each time you level up, you'll have the chance to acquire upgrades with the money dropped by enemies.
• 3 Different Weapons: Choose from three different types of weapons that you may (or may not) receive as part of your level-up upgrades.
• Strategic Use of the Environment: Don’t just focus on shooting; you’ll also use the environment to your advantage. The dash will allow you to push enemies and make them collide with obstacles to maximize damage.
• Increasing Difficulty: As time passes, new and more challenging enemies will appear.

Inspiration

This game is inspired by a project created by Dani for a game jam. Based on his idea, I’ve developed this game. Here’s the link to his video so you can see and try his game.
